Professor Rafael Ramirez is the senior pastor of The Awaken Church ELIM in Lilburn Georgia. Join the F.R.C.A. in 2021 and became a member of the board of directors of First Responders Chaplain Association, Inc since 2022. Has been a key developer of client chaplain relationship. Chaplain Ramirez also serves a Chaplain at Morgan County General Hospital, in Madison Georgia since 2024. Chaplain Ramirez join the faculty of the F.R.C.A. Institute in March 2025.
